    In general, orders will be ready to collect within 7 days of ordering.*

    We offer free standard shipping (tracked) on orders over $60 Australia-wide. Use code “FREESHIPPING” at checkout.

    A flat rate of $10 applies to orders under $60. Our lead time is 4-14 business days.

    Express shipping (tracked) is $15 for all orders. Lead time is 2-6 business days.

    Untracked standard shipping is $7 Australia-wide. Lead time is 4 - 14 business days.

    Please note that we are unable to update you on the whereabouts of your order with untracked shipping and there may be unforeseen delays.

    We also ship to New Zealand, Europe, Canada, North America & Asia.

Not happy with what you’ve received? Just flick us an email and we’ll sort you out. We can send you a replacement, offer an alternative product to better fit your needs, or arrange a refund.** We don’t offer change of mind refunds on workshop tickets. We are more than happy for you to change to a different workshop date if you can no longer attend, or to hold onto the tickets until a suitable date arises. Alternatively you can exchange the tickets for a gift voucher to spend on fencesitter products.
