Our lead time for standard shipping is 4 - 14 days, if your order does not arrive within this time frame please let us know! We will do what we can to rectify the situation.

Express postage is also available. Lead time for express shipping is 2 - 6 days.

In most cases yes! All of our necklaces are either gold plated, sterling silver or stainless steel. Most of our earrings are also perfect for everyday wear - just keep an eye out for ‘I’m shower proof!’ on our products at markets/in stores and read the product descriptions on our website.

Our more decorative styles,delicate handmade wire collection and any samples/deadstock/one-off pieces are not showerproof. Some of these pieces are just as sturdy metal composition-wise, they’re just not designed for beach swims & sweaty runs. We also recommend keeping them away from soaps/perfumes where possible - they sometimes contain nasties that interfere with the metals. We test our pieces in water & soap but can’t test every perfume stocked in Myer.

Our rings do sometimes discolour. The natural oils our hands make + sweat + pesky hand sanitiser can wreak havoc. We recommend taking them off when showering/washing your hands/using hand cream or hand sanitiser. MILA is the exception to this rule. Our newest & sturdiest ring is perfect for everyday wear.

We are also happy to offer refunds for workshop tickets in COVID-related circumstances. We don’t offer change of mind refunds on workshop tickets. We are more than happy for you to change to a different workshop date if you can no longer attend, or to hold onto the tickets until a suitable date arises. You can also exchange the tickets for a gift voucher to spend on fencesitter products.
